Step 2: Submit Info To School
The following documents will need to be submitted within 7 days after your application online has been completed:
- A certified copy of the ID DOCUMENT of BOTH parents/legal guardian.
- A certified copy of the BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the learner.
- If parent/legal guardian is not a South African Citizen, attach a copy of the parents, learner’s passports/study permit/work permit.
- The learner/s LATEST SCHOOL REPORT. (Gr 7) for (Gr 8) application.
- Municipality Bill IN THE PARENTS NAME.
- A small photo of the learner.
- If you are a TENANT renting a residence, kindly refer to the below requirements.
For TENANTS:
- Landlord’s ID
- Lease agreement must be signed
- Rental payment
- Statement with any account with name of applicant.
NO COPIES WILL BE MADE AT THE SCHOOL PREMISES!
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Incompleted applications/forms with missing documents will NOT be processed!
